This is my master thesis project. It describes the basic mathematical structure of music and an example of how to modellate it. You can download some examples in MP3 format here.
WATOMI (WAV to MIDI) (Download for Windows)
This is a small project for a Digital Signal Processing course. The idea is to obtain the partiture of a monophonic recording (such as a flute, voice, etc.) by means of the Local-Windowed Fourier Transform.
Delabu Synth (Download for Windows)
This program emulates a substractive synthesizer with two oscillators, one lowpass resonant filter, two ADSR envelopes, two LFO's (low frequency oscillators), and other interesting features. It only responds to MIDI so it requires some kind of MIDI controller. If you'd like to hear an example of some of the sounds this synth can produce, get this MP3.
Virtuosso http://www.virtuosso.com
This is a commercial Ear Training program I developed last year. It has exercises that will help you to develop your ear in order to recognize musical intervals, scales, chords, progressions, and rhythmic patterns. Virtuosso is copyrighted and distributed by Uriel Batres.
This is my master thesis.
