  • p-adic GRN Suite — Software for p-adic analysis of Boolean gene regulatory networks: E/A/I classification of p-adic balls, search for optimal variable orderings, ANF polynomial analysis, and interactive fractal-style visualization (self-contained browser demo).

  • PAdicMIDI (web demo) — Fully offline HTML applet computing the p-adic coherence invariant $\mathrm{Coh}_\pi(p,n)$ on standard MIDI files, with four linked musical views (chromagram by prototype, prototype catalogue, inverse-system $\pi$ diagram, p-adic tree). Ships with an embedded BWV 1007 prelude demo.

2023

  • SEIR-Yucatán — COVID-19 epidemiological modelling system based on ODEs, complex networks, and agents. Intellectual property on computer software; primary evidence: INDAUTOR registration certificate. Archived release v1.0 (24 Jun 2023): technical report, user manual, source code, documentation, technological validation, and evidence of use with Yucatán Ministry of Health data (see the project site and registration / supporting documentation).
