&lt;h2 id="group-description"&gt;Group Description&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;P-ADAGIO is a research group dedicated to the study and development of p-adic and non-archimedean methods in arithmetic geometry, algebra, and dynamical systems, and to their intersections with the natural sciences and structural thought.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Our approach begins from mathematical rigor —in particular from the geometry of p-adic spaces, Galois representations, and dynamics defined over ultrametric fields— and extends to applied contexts in physics, chemistry, biology, genetics, and also toward the foundations of philosophy of science.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We conceive mathematics as a language capable of modeling not only the quantifiable, but also the profound: the discrete, the irregular, the ramified. We explore structures that do not follow the traditional measure, because —for us— life itself is non-archimedean.&lt;/p&gt;

Los &lt;strong&gt;esquemas log&lt;/strong&gt; y el &lt;strong&gt;DAG p-ádico&lt;/strong&gt; (déformation à la Grothendieck) aparecen en la teoría p-ádica de Hodge y en problemas de reducción.&lt;/p&gt;

Los &lt;strong&gt;espacios de Berkovich&lt;/strong&gt; son una realización topológica de estos objetos que permite usar ideas de topología algebraica y dinámica. &lt;h2 id="1-project-description"&gt;1. Project description&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The project &lt;em&gt;“Unconventional mathematical and computational models for the study and analysis of relevant problems in biology”&lt;/em&gt; aims to develop innovative mathematical approaches to complex biological phenomena that are hard to capture with classical models. It combines tools from dynamical systems theory, non-Archimedean and &lt;em&gt;p&lt;/em&gt;-adic dynamics, algebraic geometry, categorical logic, and scientific computing to formulate, analyze, and simulate models in systems biology, genetics, and ecology. Beyond theoretical and computational output, it fosters collaboration among mathematics, computing, and biology and trains students and early-career researchers in an interdisciplinary frontier setting.&lt;/p&gt;
