The file WorkedExample.pdf explains with detail what the MAGMA code does.

The file WorkedExample.m contains the code with the computations and can
be run typing
nohup magma < WorkedExample.m > output.txt &
on a terminal.

The file upperbounds.m contains code to compute upperbounds for the size
of S-integral points on hyperelliptic curves.

The file heightdifference.m contains code to compute a lower bound for the 
height difference mu1 leq h - hat h
