Campus Aguascalientes

In 1998, CIMAT opened its first external headquarters in the city of Aguascalientes with the objective of extending its substantive activities to that region, offering attention to problems linked to applied mathematics, statistics and computer science, and increasing competitiveness of the social sectors.

Since its opening, the Aguascalientes Unit has also focused on the training of human resources through training and updating in statistics, as well as its promotion and use in the analysis of information for decision making
